Expectation and Requirements Clarification
Search Process (Each search follows these primary steps)
- Establish Requirements A detailed client call is conducted to identify the candidate profile and specific requirements.
- Identify Targets ATS Executive Search identifies target companies and target prospects.
- Direct Sourcing All qualified prospects are initially screened and then reviewed by the VP Strategic Accounts, who is assigned to the search. Our team is well-trained in using a combination of behavioral interview techniques as well as fact-based interviewing to determine if the candidate is qualified from both a technical and a corporate cultural perspective.
Candidate Submission
Our team confers to compare notes and determine the most appropriate candidates to submit to the client. Candidates are submitted once the VP Strategic Accounts conducts a preview call with the hiring managers or client recruiters.
Interview Management
We take full responsibility to effectively manage the interview process. Our team spends hours with all candidates prior to their initial interview with the client to fully understand the candidate's professional and personal background as well as their motivation for change and long-term career goals. This ensures that we have effectively assessed their technical skills as well as cultural fit with the client's organization. A formal candidate submission document is prepared by ATS Executive Search that highlights the candidate's background and accomplishments, motivation for change, compensation and expectations. This information along with the candidate's resume help validate a viable candidate. Once the interview has been completed, the VP Strategic Accounts will contact the candidate and the client to determine the appropriate next steps.
Offer Processing, Follow-up and On-boarding
ATS Executive Search will provide assistance with the offer process, reference checks, and verification of educational credentials to the extent desired by our clients to ensure a smooth on-boarding process. The VP Strategic Accounts will be in contact with the candidate during their transition to the new role to provide candidate support, as well as important insights for the client that we may have gathered through the search process.
